Overview 4 Ps of Service Management –People, Process, Product and Partners. But among Product (Tools/Technology) and Process, what comes first. Is it that first I finalize methodology and process and then buy a tool and customize it or should I first go and buy a Service Management Tool and then based on it I customize my processes??
