Wellness Program Evaluation

Methods, Tools & Timelines

Over 75% of companies with wellness programs don't measure them. Why? There are two top reasons: 1) Program coordinators aren't sure what (or when) to measure; and/or 2) they are afraid to uncover program failures. Learn why, how-to, how-often, and important techniques for providing a defensible evaluation report for your wellness program.

Sooner or later you will be requested to show return on investment, or ROI, of your wellness program.  While future evaluation metrics need to be based on initial benchmarks, wellness program evaluation can be done right even if measurement wasn’t built into the original design.

Learn what to measure, when to measure and the tools needed for sound evaluation of your wellness program. You'll also learn how to set up an evaluation plan if you're still in the planning stages of your wellness program, as well as what to do if your program is already underway.
