Ms. Markovich is admitted to practice law in all state courts, admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, and has had an Elder and Disability Law practice since 1994. She is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She regularly represents veterans with Nonservice-connected Pensions and Service-connected Compensation claims.

As the owner and facilitator of Affordable VA Accreditation, Ms. Markovich offers Affordable VA Accreditation Training tutorial webinars that teach the material to prepare agents for the VA accreditation test.

Community Outreach:

Ms. Markovich has taught traditional and online classes in North Carolina colleges for six years and has been a guest lecturer at Duke University. She is a frequent speaker at educational, fraternal, and social organizations. She teaches Veterans Law, Estate Planning and Elder Law classes to her fellow attorneys and other professionals in Continuing Education classes.
