  • Chief Imaginator, Imaginibbles 2008 –
Through our speaking, training and products we collaborate with individuals, teams and organizations that are… • Worried getting left behind because their people lack the skills and culture to produce new ideas and as a result their more innovative competitors are stealing market share • Wasting dollars and paying their people to hire innovation on the outside yet still getting outgunned by the smaller, entrepreneurial companies • Visionary and want to maintain their competitive advantage with an innovative culture and team When we partner with the right companies we find we are able to tap their best assets – their people and culture – and ignite new thinking that leads to break through achievement

  • Vice President Business Strategies , Brand Juice 2006 – 2008

  • Psychology , University of California Berkeley 1990 – 1995

I bet you are wondering what the title “Chief Imaginator” really means, huh? Well, one thing I’ve learned about being an entrepreneur and starting your own business is that you get to break the rules and make your own as you go. “CEO” wasn’t for me. “Head Honcho” wasn’t going to cut it. “Big Cheese” was too cheesy. Chief Imaginator fit just right.

As an idea tinkerer, serial entrepreneur, Harper Collins nationally published author of  Bootcamp360, innovation enthusiast and martial artist, I created Imaginibbles to help people and organizations unleash their imaginative mind and unlock their entrepreneurial spirit in order to thrive. For the past 17 years I’ve built booming entrepreneurial businesses over and over again and worked with companies like Procter and Gamble, General Mills, Clorox, WhiteWave Foods, Gaiam, and IBM on cultivating innovative ideas and imaginative people.

As Chief Imaginator, I have a duty to think sideways, to break free from the old ways of business and rise above mediocrity. As Chief Imaginator, I empower those who want to stand out in a sea of sameness and gain an edge by tapping into their imagination.

I take my job as Chief Imaginator seriously, and if my sessions and products don’t make you stretch out of your comfort zone and stimulate new thinking then I’m not doing my job.

When I was a kid in geeky computer camp I won the “I’ll Try Anything Once” award, a motto I still live by today. This motto has inspired me to be a fearless pioneer, and it ultimately led me to becoming the Chief Imaginator of Imaginibbles, a proud title that I creatively implement everyday.
