Deanna Moncrief was the wellness program coordinator at a large hospital with over 4,000 employees until 2002 when she founded Benchmark Wellness.  As a formally-trained nutritionist and in the wellness industry for the past decade, Deanna has broad expertise in the dynamics of wellness program design and management.
 
Benchmark Wellness has developed health promotion programs for Fortune 500 companies, small employers, non-profit organizations and state agencies, and has trained hundreds of people across the country.

Connie Ziccarelli

Principal & Chief Operations Officer, Rehab Management Solutions

Connie Ziccarelli has more than 25 years of healthcare management experience specializing in the physical and occupational therapy disciplines. Connie specializes in reimbursement strategies that affect therapists in private practice. Her expertise ranges from CPT coding to documentation strategies and corporate compliance.

Connie also has presented online programs with the APTA on topics related to clinical practice and Medicare guidelines, and is a published author of articles related to the physical therapy discipline. She is a member of the Private Practice Section Administrator’s Council and past member of the PPS Annual Program Work Group Committee.

Connie enjoys working with people in all levels of an organization. Her passion for the practice management component of physical therapy has lead her to create and lead a team that provides physical therapists the peace of mind to practice their skills and enjoy the revenue of their work.
