Frank’s approach is aimed at helping the three teams that kindle growth – Product, Sales, and Marketing – to work together and identify where focused energy will best increase revenue potential, customer satisfaction and the organization’s ability to execute. Once priorities are established, he helps these disparate groups devise a plan, execute the right attack and recognize when course correction is necessary – and when it’s not.
Frank provides product teams direction on how to build products people want to buy; while helping Marketing to engage Sales through focused enablement programs that work. At the same time, he communicates complex concepts in ways that evoke confidence and inspires Sales to position offerings in ways that better connect with customers and prospects.
